• Systems and processes
  Setting Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to ensure smooth operations and deliver quality with consistency to every patron and client.
• Training and recruitment
   Includes recruitment and training of newly recruited and existing members of staff regarding services procedures, customer interaction, product knowledge and personality development.

• Designed, built and operated the spa and salon at Club Florence, an Ansal Club, in Gurgaon.
• Redesigned the Spa and Health space at Mahagun Mezzaria. Noida
• Redesigned the Spa and Health space at Exotica Raheja,  Malad, Mumbai
• Designed and conceptualised the spa, salon and gym at the Orchha Palace and Spa Resort, Orchha
• Set up the spa at The Bagh, Bharatpur
